I am a registered  Clinical Sexologist, Relationship Therapist and Counsellor completing my studies with the  Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology (CICS)  in London.  Prior to taking on clients, I request that they  please book in for a Pre-therapy consultation session to discuss your needs.

  • sex education- understanding anatomy, arousal & how to access pleasure

I am a member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT) which is the largest accrediting body of Sex & Relationship Therapists in the UK.  I also am a member with the Society of Australian Sexologists (SAS)  I honour all gender, sexual orientations, and relationship diversities (GSRD). I am a queer, kink-knowledgeable therapist and I take a sex positive approach to compulsive sexual behaviours and pornography use.  This is a safe space for you.

Sexologists and Relationship Therapists are a particularly specialist and small group of Psychotherapists.

I am pluralistic in my approach, meaning that I draw on many different tools to meet the needs of the person/ people whom I am working with. I use the Bio/ Psycho/ Social model in approaching each individual’s problem to gain a comprehensive understanding of needs.

Bookings and Sessions

Working globally online allows for many of my clients to access sessions conveniently in a space where they feel safe.

Bookings can be made on the booking and payment page to select dates and times of your choosing.

Sessions are for 60 minutes (90 minute sessions can be arranged upon request).

Business Hours are generally as follows:

London time 

07:00- 14:00  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

11:00- 19:00 Wednesday

If you are seeking therapy outside of of these hours, please discuss your needs with and I will advise if this is possible.

 

Shift workers and FIFO workers are welcome as you can book in for your sessions at your convenience, there is flexibility in scheduling for many who have unconventional work schedules.

Partner Yoga

An example of how Yoga Therapy as a modality (examples seen are of Partner Yoga) can be used as a tool for clients to build skills within their relationship for: building intimacy, mindful partnered touch, better communication of expressing boundaries, learning to feel safe, co-regulation, trust building.
